Transit fleet, depending on number of busses, commission will be decided by pts in the contract. 

Commission to be paid to consultant once purchase order issued. Pts will be paid approximately 3-6 months after, for contract. 


PTS was established in 1994, took approximately 4 years to kickstart the project, no lawsuits due to litigation concerning contract disputes.
